On June 14 at 8 PM (local time), Filipino Mukbang YouTuber Dongz Apatan passed away just one day after filming himself eating chicken. After Apatan’s death, the Philippines' health minister, Teodoro Herbosa, said that he was considering banning “Mukbang.”
